Biography

Mark has over 20 years property & asset management experience and is responsible for Habro’s UK management services and general operations.

He began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle and Nelson Bakewell, before joining Habro in 2008, shortly after Habro opened their first UK office. His experience spans most real estate sectors and a wide range of service provisions including investment, asset management / finance, rent review & lease renewals, property and facilities management.

Biography

Nick Kertesz is a Director and Head of Asset Management at Habro and is responsible for the acquisition and asset management of real estate assets in the UK. Prior to joining Habro, Nick worked in a strategic role for a private family office and at US private equity firm Meadow Partners. Whilst there he was European Asset Manager for their opportunity and core plus funds on behalf of US institutional investors. Nick started his career in the retail agency team for CBRE in London. In total Nick has managed and acquired over £2 billion of real estate in his career.

Biography

Patrick is an Executive Consultant to Habro. He has been part of our UK team since the outset having worked with Habro since their first UK acquisition in 1999. He specialises in asset management for a variety of single project and fund situations, identifying and structuring purchases, debt and equity raising, and investment. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having qualified in 1996 adding to this a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment and Finance from the RICS.
Patrick has in excess of 25 years of experience in UK commercial property investment, finance and development, which was initially within the valuation and investment team at Knight Frank and subsequently as an equity partner at Kingfisher Property Finance.

Biography

Neil specialises in retail & leisure management, and has over 10 years’ experience working with commercial property. He is primarily responsible for Habro’s Shopping Centre services, based in Manchester, but also maintains other assets in the portfolio. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Ashdown Phillips & Partners, working with shopping centre management, before joining Habro in 2017.

Biography

Nadeem has over 23 years of property & asset management experience. After graduating from South Bank University with an Estate Management degree.

Nadeem has continued his career within the private real estate sectors at the heart of London’s West End and City working for private property investment funds and leading property consultants.

Biography

Roshni is responsible for ensuring the accounting departments procedures are executed in line with the highest professional standards. She oversees rent collection, service charges, VAT returns, cashflow management and payments working closely with the finance team in Denmark. She is also responsible for the management of the UK corporate function.

Roshni began her career in Property Management with Colliers and MAPP before moving to Habro in February 2023.

Biography

Callum joined Habro as a Senior Asset Manager in July 2023 and is responsible for asset management of real estate across the UK. Prior to joining, Callum worked at Tesco Pension Investment as asset manager for the c£650m direct property portfolio and at Squarestone which managed a regional, value-add office portfolio.

Callum began his career in Commercial Agency at Avison Young and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2015. Callum holds a Law (LLB) degree from Edinburgh University and Masters in Real Estate.

With a background in banking, property management, and facilities management spanning various industries, Sameera has successfully managed numerous projects and teams across various industries, amassing extensive experience in management.

Currently overseeing Operations and Facilities Management at a Shopping Centre, Sameera has accumulated a wealth of management experience acquired from diverse sectors, including banking, property management, and facilities management.

His professional journey encompasses a range of management roles across different sectors showcasing his proficiency in Operations, Health and safety, Facilities management, and Dual services management.
