Chairman 

Jan Hansen is one of the founding partners and the Managing Director of Habro Gruppen, the Danish holding company for Habro Properties Ltd. He has more than 20 years experience in property investment and has been a director in several Danish property investment companies. His primary responsibilities within Habro Gruppen is sale and marketing, general management, public and investor relations and he is Chairman of DEB, the trade organisation for Danish companies offering commercial properties for sale to Danish investors.

Non Executive Director

Flemming Brokmose is one of the founding partners and Executive Director in Habro Gruppen He has nearly 20 years experience in property investments. His responsibilities within Habro Gruppen include purchases of new properties, establishment of new investment projects and project management and analysis. He has furthermore overall responsibility for financing and advice on tax matters.

Managing Director 

Claus Mathiesen has enjoyed an international business career. In 1976 he left Denmark and moved to France where he was appointed Managing Director for a Danish company. In 1990 he relocated to the UK and became managing director for one of Denmark’s biggest bacon companies. In 2000 he joined Danmerc Property Consultants as a director. During his time with the company he was involved in a large number of property acquisitions, both for Danish institutional investors as well as for Habro. 1st February 2006 he was appointed Managing Director for Habro Properties Ltd.
